Dear Partner!

We invite you to participate in the procurement contest for contracting a Software as a Service (SaaS) Solution for identification and identity verification by electronic means (used in the digital onboarding process) organized by FinComBank SA.
Participation is open to all companies that have experience in the field of these services not less than 1 year.
If you are interested in participating in the procurement contest, please send us an email at achizitii@fincombank.com expressing your intention to participate and include the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which you can find in the attachment.
The deadline for expressing the intention is July 24, 2025, at 15:00 (Chisinau time).
The complete set of requirements to participate in the tender will be sent to you immediately after we receive your email with the intention of participating and the signed NDA.
Bids are to be sent to the e-mail address achizitii@fincombank.com, in the form of a password-protected archive against preview, no later than August 11, 2025, at 15:00 (Chisinau time).
