Moldova's FinComBank 9-mo Net Profit Up 63.7% Y/Y
October 31 (SeeNews) - Moldovan commercial bank FinComBank had a net profit of 32.2 million lei ($2.8 million/2.0 million euro) for the nine months through September, up 63.7% from a year earlier, a bank official said on Tuesday.

FINCOMBANK HAS BOUGHT THE MOLDCOMLEASING COMPANY
The commercial bank FinComBank acquired the MoldComLeasing company, having formed a banking and financial group. Infotag News Agency was informed by the Bank's press service, that this group will provide services for transfer in leasing cars, agricultural and industrial equipment, office and home appliances, furniture. Now MoldComLeasing offers the contracts for transfer in leasing and installment sale for one - three years with the maximal size of financing - 70 % from cost of the goods. Term of registration of the contract does not exceed three days.

Moldovan FinComBank '04 Net Profit Up 23.1% Y/Y
CHISINAU (Moldova), January 25 (SeeNews) - Moldovan private commercial bank FinComBank said on Tuesday its net profit rose to 24.5 million lei ($1.95 million/1.5 million euro) in 2004 up 23.1% on the year, mainly due to branch network expansion and rise of the client's number in the last year.
