I am a US Citizen working abroad. I bank with (AIB)an Affiliate of ING, which I believe is your corresponding bank. I travel frequently to Moldova, and am interested in making some investments. I would like to open an operating account at your bank. Please inform if I can do this by email/FAX/DHL/FEDEX/TNT or if I must open the account in person.
